Body Fat Calculator
Audit your body composition using the US Navy metabolic protocol. Understand the distribution of adipose tissue versus lean muscle mass across your biometric profile.
Biometric Inputs
Anatomical Audit
Estimations are based on the circumferential method. High muscle mass individuals (athletes) may require DEXA validation for 100% precision.

Provide biometric measurements to receive a metabolic audit focusing on visceral adiposity containment and musculoskeletal optimization.
The Biometric Protocol
The US Navy method is a highly reliable circumferential estimation of body composition. While DEXA scans are the gold standard, this method provides institutional accuracy for tracking progress across long-term metabolic cycles.
Visceral fat surrounds internal organs. While the calculator estimates total body fat, a high waist-to-neck ratio often indicates elevated visceral adiposity, which is a key marker for metabolic dysfunction.
Ensure you use a flexible tape. Measure the neck just below the larynx, the waist at the narrowest point (often just above the navel), and for females, the hips at the widest circumferential point.
